This is an If you where rich question
as in the hired help forgot to bring in firewood so you use packs of hundreds.

So if you could have/Remake a special or famous car what would it be.

The A-Team van? Mystery Machine, or something else.

Personaly I want an Ecto 1

and of course Kitt

I think I'd go for the Batmobile. For some reason, I everyime I see a new Corvette, I can just picture it with a set of low profile scalloped fins coming out of the back. Of course I'd have to upgrade the engine and options a bit, just to make it more like something the Dark Knight would drive.

I would want some form of a Mad Max Mobile. Something old and beat up but that will strike fear into the typical SUV driver.... and runs off pig gas.

Wait, sorry for the double post, but this doesn't have to be a famous car? It can just be a "if I was rich I would remake a ____ into something more ______?" If that is the case then I've been wanting to get a 71 Hemi Cuda, paint it flat black, beef up the entire thing and put bush guards on the front and back. Maybe put something on the grill that said "Flesh Eater" or something to that effect. Basically a badass muscle machine that is nigh-unstoppable.

Off the top of my head it'd be the white sub car (Lotus?) from The Spy Who Loved Me.

In Phantasm 1, the Mopar was a Challenger. From Phantasm 2 on, it was a Cuda

I want Nash Bridges' Hemi Cuda - even in bright yellow.

as for a normal car... erg... It'd have to be a Chevy Avalanche, allll sorts of tricked out inside, custom paint and leave the damned wheels alone!

hey Eric, I'm guessing that the Mach 5 does not come with those nifty retractable jack stands or folding saw blades, right?

The Back to the Future DeLorean.  Of course, it would have to have completely functional time circuits, flux capacitor, Mr. Fusion, and a hover conversion.

What about one of the baddest cars ever on film, the '77 Blackbird Trans-Am from Smokey and The Bandit?

I'm gonna have one of those in mint condition if it's the last thing I ever do!
