It took me long enough, but I finally found a salsa recipe I like. Got this one from a co-worker after he subjected the staff in Admin to it at a Christmas party. Was great fun watching them squirm. If you like it hot, you will like this recipe. If you don't like hot, don't bother.
It's a simple recipe. Took me very little time, and made a LOT of salsa. The instructions offer the choice of boiling or roasting the peppers. I boiled on my first attempt and it came out great.

Steve’s Not For Sissies Salsa
3 Serrano chilies 3 yellow chilies
6 jalapeno peppers 1 bunch green onions
1 bunch cilantro 3 28oz cans whole tomatoes
garlic salt
Boil (or roast and peel) chilies,
Strip leaves from cilantro branches,
Cut up onion & cilantro leaves in food processor,
Add chilies and tomatoes (drained) to food processor,
Add garlic salt to taste (roughly 1t),
Process to desired consistency.
