Tortellini

2 bags frozen tortellini
1 bag frozen veg of your choice

Toss pasta & veg in boiling water - cooks fast - check in about 2 minutes.  Drain.

Grill some chicken tatas - thank you, George Foreman - and slice.  Toss into pasta.  Or some cooked grocery store chicken.

Add 1/2 a jar of Alfredo sauce - more or less - & lightly toss.  Great hot as an entree or cold as a salad.

Damn! It took me too long to figure out what chicken tatas were. Zombies must have eaten my brain.

It's SUPER easy to make your own alfredo sauce at home!

4 cups 4 cheese italian blend shredded cheese
1 large carton of heavy whipping cream
1 cup sliced mushrooms, if you like
pepper and garlic to taste

Just boil the cream, slowly add the cheese, add the mushrooms, then season the hell out of it!
