No mention of Christina Ricci in a bodice or tight fitting t-shirt, but you liked a dude spanking another dude.  Interesting....   ;D

Yep - they filmed at MIRF and it was a bloodly pain in the ass.

The stars of the show were not seen much during normal faire days, but the crew were just everywhere.  Shows being drowned out by skill saws, golf carts running everywhere including right through the morning dance.  A crew member walked straight through the tent where the Queen's Tea was going on, stopped right in the middle of the tent to look around and continued on his way.

If you talk to some people they will say "Yeah - it was COOL!"

If you talk to the cast and stage acts - not so much.

Ah, but it begs the question....if it brings more attention (and therefore patrons and their cash) to the faire, was the aggravation worth it in the long run?

I think the film will cater to only a small target audience  - faire people and such, so I don't think it will bring more people to any faire.  Also, I don't think MIRF and BARF will get much attention as the spot that it was filmed in.

Guess what I am trying to say is that no, it was not worth the agrivation at all.

Seen it. It sucked big time. Lousy lousy Movie. And I use the word "MOVIE" loosely. I would rather dig my eyes out with a dull spoon than to have watched that bile.

But, did you see us in it? Because that's pretty much the only redeeming quality about it, I suspect: The ability to look at it and think, "Hey! I recognize over half that crowd!"
